In the last 40 years of practice, Mr. Bobesich has appeared in front of the Federal Court of Appeal, Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Ontario, Small Claims Court, Criminal and Family Provincial Courts, Immigration and Refugee Board, Workers Compensation Board, Ontario Municipal Board, Employment Insurance Appeal Board, Canada Pension Appeal Board and Ontario Housing Tribunal.
